F&C Investment Trust PLC has purchased 20,500 of its ordinary shares of 25 pence each on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc on 6 June 2023.
The weighted average price per share was 907.2439p.
The purchased shares will be held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company is now 517,855,904.
