Synlait Milk Limited has announced its revised Committee structure, which meets the recommendations of the NZX Listing Rules and NZX Corporate Governance Code, featuring a mix of skills and independence.
The two Committees are the Audit & Risk Committee and the People, Environment & Governance Committee, and will be chaired by Paul Washer and Paul McGilvary respectively.
