NorthWest Healthcare Properties Management Limited has announced the renewal of its Board with the appointment of Angela Bull as an Independent Director and member of the Audit Committee, effective 26 April 2022.
Andrew Evans, who has been on the Board since 2007, will be retiring his roles effective 30 June 2022.
Angela is currently CEO at Tramco Group and holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science).
She also has experience in property, law and governance.
The Manager's Independent Chair, Graham Stuart, praised Andrew's tenure, noting the growth of Vital's assets and unitholder returns.
The Board's majority of independents, geographic balance and appropriate skills mix will be maintained with the new addition.
