Booster Investment Management, the manager of the Private Land and Property Fund, has released the fund update for the quarter ended December 31, 2024.
The Private Land and Property Fund is a managed investment fund that focuses on land and property-based investments.
It achieves this by investing in units in Booster's Private Land and Property Portfolio.
The fund only holds these units.
Booster, the issuer and manager of the fund, is part of the Booster Group, which has been involved in helping New Zealanders save since 1998.
The group currently administers superannuation and investment funds worth over $7 billion on behalf of more than 200,000 New Zealanders.
