Wool carpet manufacturer, Bremworth, has announced the appointment of Nicola Simpson as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Simpson, who previously served as the COO of Icebreaker Merino Clothing, will be responsible for supply, planning, manufacturing, health and safety, people, and sustainability.
Her appointment comes as Bremworth continues to focus on its growth programme in domestic and international markets.
Simpson is set to join the company on February 19.
Bremworth's chief executive, Greg Smith, highlighted the significance of Simpson's appointment, noting her experience and exposure to diverse businesses in New Zealand and abroad.
