Briscoe Group has reported positive sales growth for the fourth quarter of the 2024-25 financial year.

Unaudited sales for the 13-week period ended January 26, 2025, were $245.3 million, up 0.96% compared to the same quarter last year.

The increase in homeware sales, driven by intense promotional activity, was 1.27%, while sporting goods sales increased by 0.44%.

For the full year, group sales reached $791.5m, just 0.06% below the record $792m reported in the previous year.

Online sales accounted for 19.69% of total group sales, up from 18.72% last year.

Briscoe Group expects its full-year net profit after tax to be in line with previous guidance.

The company will announce its full-year results, including the final dividend, on March 12, 2025.
