Burger Fuel Group has announced that its hybrid annual shareholders meeting will be held on August 29, 2024.
The meeting will take place at the Rakiura Room, Parkside Hotel & Apartments in Auckland, as well as via Zoom webinars.
If a physical meeting is deemed inappropriate, the company may opt for a virtual-only meeting.
Shareholders have been encouraged to vote online before the meeting and will have the opportunity to submit questions to the board.
The agenda includes the election of directors Alan Gourdie and Tristram van der Meijden, as well as resolutions on director remuneration and auditor's remuneration.
