Burger Fuel Group (BFG) has announced the retirement of Peter Brook as the company's independent director and chair.
Brook, who has been with BFG since its initial public offering in 2007, has played a valuable role during his tenure.
The board of directors expressed their gratitude to Brook for his service and appointed Alan Gourdie as the new BFG chair.
Additionally, Tristram van der Meijden has taken over as the chair of the BFG audit committee.
