Retirement of Peter Brook – Chair of Burger Fuel Group Limited (BFG).

Burger Fuel Group (BFG) would like to advise the market that Peter Brook has retired from his position as an Independent Director and Chairman of Burger Fuel Group Limited.

Peter has been a part of the Burger Fuel Group since the IPO in 2007 and his contribution over the years has been invaluable. The Board of Directors would like to thank Peter for his services and wish him well.

At this time, we would also like to advise that Alan Gourdie has replaced Peter Brook as BFG Chair, and Tristram van der Meijden has become Chair of the BFG Audit Committee.
