Burger Fuel Group Limited has announced that a special meeting of shareholders will be held on December 14, 2023, to consider and approve a scheme of arrangement for the return of capital to shareholders.
The meeting may be held in person or virtually, depending on the Board's decision.

Proxy forms must be received by December 12, 2023.
