Cooks Coffee Company Limited has announced a presentation to potential investors as part of a placement and rights issue, alongside investor roadshows in the United Kingdom.
The company currently owns two coffee-focused cafe brands, Esquires and Triple Two, with 111 outlets across the UK, Ireland and international markets.
