Cooks Coffee Company (NZX:CCC) has announced the appointment of Craig Brown to the role of Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 October 2022.
Brown was previously CFO at CCC for six years before founding Management Response Limited, which provides business advisory, governance, and contract executive services.
Richard Chew, who acted as CFO of CCC through a contracting arrangement with VCFO Group Limited, has now concluded his arrangement.
The CCC Board has expressed its gratitude to Chew and VCFO Group for their contribution to the company over the past three years.
