Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) has announced the resignation of Dr. Guorong Qian from its Board, effective today.
Dr. Qian, a representative of substantial product holder HB Holdings Limited, has been a Director of thl since July 2019.
His resignation is due to the upcoming expiration of the CITIC Capital International Tourism Fund, with HB Holdings Limited intending to distribute its shareholding in thl to the underlying individual limited partnerships.
The Board thanked Dr. Qian for his contributions over the past three years.
