RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

thl advises that Dr. Guorong Qian has today given notice of his resignation from the thl Board. The resignation is effective from today.

Guorong has been a Director of thl since July 2019. He is a representative of substantial product holder HB Holdings Limited, a special purpose vehicle of CITIC Capital International Tourism Fund.

Dr. Qian’s resignation relates to the upcoming expiration of the CITIC Capital International Tourism Fund. thl understands that HB Holdings Limited intends to distribute its shareholding in thl to the underlying individual limited partnerships on the expiration of the CITIC Capital International Tourism Fund.

The Board thanks Dr. Qian for his contributions to thl over the three years in which he has been a Director.
