CDL Hotels Holdings New Zealand has announced a variation to its full offer to purchase all of the fully paid ordinary shares in Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand.
The offer price has been increased from $2.25 per share to $2.80 per share.
In addition, the offer has become unconditional.
