GFI has announced a material adjustment to its 30 May 2023 financial result announcement due to a change in its accounting treatment of payments and receipts in relation to its contract with Cannvalate Pty Ltd.
This will result in a reduction of reported revenue for the period but no material change in the overall result for the year.
Additionally, a prior period error for the year to 31 March 2022 will be restated.
GFI expects to approve and release its full audited financial statements and annual report for the year to 31 March 2023 on or prior to 30 June 2023.
