Bright Dairy Holding Limited has appointed Ryan Liu Ruibing and Julia Zhu Yi as new directors on the Synlait Milk Limited Board, replacing Joyce Min Chen and Gracie Gui Min.
Ryan and Julia bring expertise in economics, finance, investment, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate management.
Synlait and Bright Dairy thank Joyce and Gracie for their contribution.
The appointments are effective immediately.
