Precinct Properties Group has announced the appointment of Chris Meads as an independent director, effective from October 1, 2023.
The appointment was made as part of the company's succession planning and to ensure strong governance.
Meads has experience in banking and funds management in the Asia Pacific region, including serving as Chief Investment Officer of Pantheon Ventures in Hong Kong.
Precinct Properties looks forward to introducing Meads to shareholders at the Annual Meeting in November.
