Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited (Channel Infrastructure) has proposed an offer for the issue of unsecured, unsubordinated bonds (Bonds), in accordance with the Financial Markets Conduct Regulations 2014 (FMC Regulations).
The Bonds will rank in priority to Channel Infrastructure’s existing shares quoted on the NZX Main Board and Channel Infrastructure’s existing subordinated notes quoted on the NZX Debt Market.
Channel Infrastructure is compliant with the continuous disclosure obligations and financial reporting obligations as defined in the FMC Regulations.
