Completion of WasteCo acquisition / reverse listing

Goodwood Capital Limited (GWC) has completed the acquisition of WasteCo Holdings NZ Limited and issued all shares authorised by shareholders today.

The board of GWC now has 688 million shares on issue and comprises Shane Edmond (Non-executive Chair), James Redmayne (Executive Director), Carl Storm (Executive Director), Roger Gower (Independent Director) and Angus Cooper (Independent Director).

From 6 December 2022, the company will change its name to WasteCo Group Limited and trade under the code WCO.
