Comvita Limited (NZX:CVT) has today announced that Non-Executive Director Sarah Kennedy has resigned from the Board of Directors, effective 1 March 2023.
Julia Hoare will join the Board on the same date, with her appointment to the Board due to her extensive governance experience and financial acumen.
