New Zealand-based Comvita Limited (NZX:CVT) has signed a long-term partnership with Chinese supermarket chain Olé, one of the country's largest premium retail chains with over 100 stores.
The agreement aims to significantly increase Comvita's revenue with Olé over the next few years, and includes a commitment to implement Comvita's Harmony Plan in China, which focuses on sustainability initiatives such as carbon neutrality by 2025 and native tree planting.
Comvita CEO David Banfield commented that the partnership is "commercially and philosophically significant".
