Contact Energy has announced the appointment of Matt Forbes as its new chief financial officer.
Forbes, who previously served as the head of corporate finance at Contact, has been acting in the CFO role since January 2025.
The company said his selection followed an extensive local and international recruitment process.
Forbes, a chartered accountant, has been with Contact since 2010, working in various areas such as generation, corporate finance, strategy, and investor relations.
