Cooks Coffee reports 27% revenue increase

Cooks Coffee has reported a 27% increase in group revenues to $2.74 million for the six months ended September 30, 2024.

The company also achieved group ebitda of $826,000, compared to a loss of $11,000 in the same period last year.

Cooks Coffee's net profit before tax was $530,000, compared to a loss of $320,000.

In the UK, total store sales increased by 36% to $23.4m, while like-for-like sales were up 6.3%.

In Ireland, total sales increased by 6% to $10.4m, with like-for-like sales up 2.9%.

The company had 83 operating stores in the UK and Ireland at the end of September, up from 75 in March 2024.

Cooks Coffee's share of stores in the UK is currently 0.3%, and it aims to grow this to at least 0.5% by 2029.
