David Baldwin appointed Genesis Energy director

Genesis Energy has announced the appointment of David Baldwin as a non-executive director.

Baldwin, who has over 35 years of international leadership and governance experience, has held senior executive and director roles in the renewables, gas and LNG, utilities, chemicals, and infrastructure asset management sectors.

He previously worked at Contact Energy, Origin Energy, Shell, and Berkshire Hathaway Energy.

Baldwin's appointment is effective from October 1, 2025, and he will retire at the company's annual shareholder meeting on October 16, 2025, where he will seek election by shareholders.

The board has determined that Baldwin is an independent director.
