David Mair Announced as Newest Board Member for Sanford

Sanford Limited has announced the appointment of David Mair as its newest board member, replacing outgoing director Peter Kean.

Mr Mair joins the board today and will stand for re-election at Sanford's Annual Shareholder Meeting on 15 December 2022.

Chairman Sir Rob McLeod has praised Mr Mair's leadership and experience, citing his recent awards from Deloitte and the Institute of Finance Professionals (INFINZ).

Mr Mair has a degree in civil engineering and an MBA from Canterbury University and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.
