NZX has announced that trading of DGL Group Limited (DGC) shares on the NZX Main Board will cease on 28 June 2022.
DGC will delist from the NZX and remain listed on the ASX subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions.
The final day of trading in DGC will be Tuesday, 28 June 2022, with DGC ordinary shares being halted and suspended at 5pm that day.
