Subject: DGL Group Limited (“DGC”) – Suspension of trading and Delisting

Message:

Further to the announcement made by DGL Group Limited (“DGC”) on Friday, 27 May 2022, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that DGC will be delisting from the NZX Main Board (NZSX).

The final day of trading in DGC will be Tuesday, 28 June 2022, with DGC ordinary shares being halted and suspended at 5pm that day. Subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions,
DGC ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and DGC will delist from close of business on Thursday, 30 June 2022.

DGC shares will remain listed for quotation on the ASX.
