On 1 May 2023, Scales Corporation Limited (NZX:SCL) announced Director and Chair succession changes with Tim Goodacre resigning as Director and Chair, and Mike Petersen appointed in his place.
Mike will retire from office at the next Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and will be eligible for re-election.
The Board has determined that he will be an independent director.
