Smartpay has announced the appointment of Shelley Ruha as an independent director.
Ruha brings extensive experience in governance within fintech, technology infrastructure, payments and payments innovation, banking, and venture capital.
She is currently a director of Heartland Bank, 9 Spokes, Partners Life, and serves as the independent chair of PaySauce and Allied Farmers.
Ruha resides in Auckland.
