Director Announcement - Shelley Ruha

Smartpay Holdings Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Shelley Ruha as an independent director of Smartpay Holdings Limited.

Shelley brings extensive experience in governance within fintech, technology infrastructure, payments and payments innovation, banking and venture capital. She has previously had a long
executive career in banking and finance leading large and complex businesses in New Zealand. This includes a number of years in senior leadership roles with the Bank of New Zealand.

Shelley is currently a director of Heartland Bank Limited, 9 Spokes Limited, Partners Life Limited and is the Independent Chair of listed companies PaySauce Limited and Allied Farmers Limited.

Shelley resides in Auckland, New Zealand
