Z Energy has announced the appointment of Lindis Jones, the CEO of Z, as a new director on the Z Board.
This appointment will be effective from 20 December 2023.
However, the company also revealed that two non-executive directors, Simon Allen and Penelope Winn, have resigned.
Their resignations will also take effect on 20 December 2023.
