Z Energy Limited (NZX: ZEL) (“Z”) today announced the appointment of Lindis Jones, the CEO of Z, as a new director on the Z Board, effective 20 December 2023.
Simon Allen and Penelope Winn have today announced their resignations as Non-executive directors of Z, effective 20 December 2023.
