Vector Chair Jonathan Mason has announced his retirement at the 2023 Annual Shareholder Meeting, after 10 years on the board.
Doug McKay, an independent non-executive director appointed to the board in 2022, will become the new chair.
Tony Carter will also retire from the board following the 2023 Annual Shareholder Meeting, after 4 years on the board.
