Synlait Milk Limited (Synlait) has announced the appointment of Cathy Gamlen as Director of People & Culture, beginning August 1st.
Gamlen brings more than 30 years of experience in leading teams across multiple sites in the hospitality, retail, and dairy sectors.
Gamlen is currently Chief People Officer at Indevin Group and will join Synlait's Executive Leadership Team.
