Boyd Williams, Director of People & Culture at Synlait Milk Limited, has resigned after six years with the company.
During his tenure, Williams was instrumental in developing and establishing Synlait's HR, learning and development and health and safety programmes, leading a growth in their workforce from 400 to more than 1,200 employees.
Synlait thanked Williams for his commitment and wished him well as he relocates home to Australia.
