Marlin Global Limited has determined the share price of $1.4563 used to calculate entitlements under its Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
The price is the volume weighted average price of all Marlin shares traded on the NZX Main Board during the five trading days from and including the ex-dividend date, less a 3.0% discount.
The new shares will be issued on 17 December 2021 to shareholders who have elected to participate in the DRP.
