Marlin Global Limited has determined the share price for entitlements under its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) at $1.1419, calculated from the volume weighted average price of all Marlin shares traded on the NZX Main Board during the five trading days from and including the ex-dividend date (8 June 2022), less a 3.0% discount.
The new shares will be issued on 23 June 2022 to those shareholders who have elected to participate in the DRP.
