Kingfish Limited has announced the share price used to calculate entitlements under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) will be $1.5238.
The volume weighted average price of Kingfish shares traded on the NZX Main Board from 7 September 2022 to 15 September 2022, less a 3.0% discount, will be used.
The new shares will be issued on 23 September 2022 to those shareholders who have elected to participate in the DRP.
