Downer EDI has announced the retirement of non-executive director, Nicole Hollows, effective Nov 15, 2024.
Hollows, who joined the Downer board in June 2018, will step down after six years of service.
Downer chairman, Mark Menhinnitt, expressed gratitude to Hollows for her contribution to the company and wished her the best for the future.
Menhinnitt credited Hollows as a strong catalyst for business improvement and renewal, noting her role in pursuing opportunities and navigating challenges.
Hollows served as the chair of the audit and risk committee, as well as a member of the people and culture committee and project governance committee.
