EBOS chief executive John Cullity has announced his retirement, effective June 30, 2025.
Cullity, who has been with the company since 2009, will be succeeded by Adam Hall on July 1.
Hall is a former executive at Orica, CF Industries and Bunge.
EBOS is a marketer, wholesaler and distributor of healthcare, medical and pharmaceutical products, as well as an animal care brand owner.
