Ebos requests trading halt for capital raise

EBOS has applied for a trading halt on its quoted equity securities in relation to a proposed capital raising through a placement.

The application, which was submitted after the market closed on April 10, 2025, requested an immediate halt to trading until the completion of the placement or the opening of trading on April 11, 2025.

However, as the NZX Main Board was closed during the requested halt period, NZ RegCo determined that a trading halt was not necessary.
