Embark Education Limited has announced a special dividend of NZD0.035 per share, accompanied with New Zealand imputation credits of NZD0.01361111 and Australian franking credits for non-resident shareholders.
The dividend is set to be paid on 8 December 2022 and is the first dividend since June 2018.
The Board of Directors have stated that regular dividend payments will resume in 2023.
