Emily Bird resigns from Michael Hill

Jewellery retailer Michael Hill International has announced the resignation of its general counsel and joint company secretary, Emily Bird.

Bird, who has been with the company since September 2019, will step down from her role on January 5, 2024.

The board expressed its gratitude to Bird for her contribution and service and wished her well in her future endeavors.

Andrew Lowe will continue as the company secretary and will be the main point of contact for listing rule matters.

Michael Hill International operates in Australia and New Zealand.
