Enprise Group has announced a return to profitability for the year ended June 30 2024.
The hi-tech software and services investment company reported a total comprehensive income of $151,000, in contrast to a loss of $10.97 million the previous year.
Group revenue also saw growth, increasing by 6.5% to $22.1m.
Enprise Group highlighted the improvements made across all business units and expressed confidence in sustaining this performance despite the challenging economic conditions.
The company's Kilimanjaro consulting business achieved a much-improved performance in the second half of the year, while its iSell division saw a 14.5% growth in total revenue.
Datagate, on the other hand, plans to expand geographically and continue growing recurring revenue.
Enprise Group has subscribed for the recent rights issue in Datagate, seeking to acquire additional shares.
The company also acknowledged the ongoing dividends and good return on investment from its 6.35% stake in Vadacom Holdings.
