Transport and telematics technology services company, EROAD, has announced the appointment of Duanne O'Brien as its new chief technology officer (CTO).

O'Brien, who has previously held senior technology roles with leading New Zealand tech businesses, including Serko, Plexure, and Loyalty New Zealand, will assume the position on June 18 2024.

EROAD co-CEO, Mark Heine, expressed delight at O'Brien's appointment, noting his experience in working with successful New Zealand tech companies with global expansion.

In addition, EROAD informed that Cameron Kinloch, who was appointed to the board of directors on March 28 2024, will serve as an independent non-executive director.
