EROAD Appoints New Chief Executive Officer

EROAD (NZX/ASX: ERD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Heine as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Heine, who has been with EROAD since 2015, was chosen from a global search process for his deep knowledge of the business, team building skills, and understanding of the company's strategy.

His appointment comes with a base salary of NZD $700,000 and short and long-term incentive payments based on the achievement of agreed targets.
