EROAD Board Renewal Update

Leading transport telematics company, EROAD, has announced that current Non-Executive Director, Susan Paterson, will become Chair of the Board effective from 10 July 2023.

David Green has also been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 August 2023.

Graham Stuart, who has stepped down as Chair after five years in the role, will retire from the Board after the 2023 Annual Shareholders' Meeting.

Paterson has over twenty-five years of governance experience, while Green has more than thirty years of experience in the banking and finance sector.
