EROAD Limited (ERD) has requested a trading halt on its ordinary shares, while it finalises its response to the Brillian APAC Pty Ltd (Volaris) non-binding indicative offer.
ERD is expected to release an announcement about the Volaris offer today, and the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement by ERD or market open tomorrow.
