EROAD, a leading transport telematics company, has announced the appointment of former founding CEO Steven Newman as an independent consultant to its Technology Board Committee.
The Committee, chaired by Barry Einsig, will focus on product management, technology and innovation strategies, and data privacy and cybersecurity risk management.
Steven, who retains a 12% shareholding interest in the business, will contribute his knowledge and experience to the Committee to help guide strategic investment and ensure it delivers.
